    dont be worried that its next to train- very noise cancelling, great light

    laundry in basement, windows block out noise well given its right next to the train, great light and huge windows
    Cons:
    bathroom doesn’t have window

    Close to train, laundry, bars
    Cons:
    Took a long time to fix holes inside apartment that pests were using. Took a long time to do ceiling maintenance and poor clean up job (dust all over our furniture). Noise from overground J/M.
