    The J train loud neighbor

    Pros:
    - key access to build
    - locked package drop off room
    - heating and cooling in each unit
    - great size of square footage
    Cons:
    - J train next to building
    - slow elevator
    - packages got stolen
    - area pretty rough/loud
    Advice to owner:
    lower rent for those next to the subway line

    Pros:
    Inexpensive, elevator, close to laundry
    Cons:
    Landlord dismissed my concerns that there was mold in my unit caused by a leak from the roof that they never fixed. The mold made me sick and I had to leave.
    Advice to owner:
    Integrity.
