Deli on the corner
Cons:
Not as advertised. Its like a hostel but with overpriced illegally built out apartments with closet size bedrooms. with 20%+ rent increases yearly.
Advice to owner:
Put some of the money you owe in fines against the building into repairs and maintenance

Worst Place I've Lived At

Pros:
- The rooftop is spacious - Good location in the heart of Bushwick
Cons:
- Neighbors are inconsiderate, loud, messy, and probably trust fund babies getting their rent paid by their parents. Beer bottles everywhere including the washers - Paper thin walls - I can hear my neighbors sneezing and every word of their fights - Packages stolen constantly
Advice to owner:
- Select better residents to live here - Provide a ventilation system for the bathrooms
