    Convenient location

    Pros:
    Convenient location, close to many great bars and restaurants.
    Cons:
    Building is rundown and can use renovation. Ceiling leaks during rain.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix ceilings please!

    Not too bad given the great location

    Pros:
    Live in super who is there to package up trash and help w any maintenance / the occasional lock-out.

    Close to L/G/J/M trains

    Friendly neighbors / pet friendly

    Working heat / hot water
    Cons:
    Thin walls - can hear music from below and next door apartment but have been able to discuss with neighbors to alleviate

    Pests - have had cockroaches (Raid spray got rid of them and I sprayed near doorways and havent had much issue since) / slight mice infestation that I handled myself with traps

    Smoke- someone in building smokes and gets really strong in hallway / seeps into my groundfloor apartment sometimes
