    terrible landlord. amazing rooftop lol

    great rooftop, great location, laundry and gym in the building
    Cons:
    extremely small rooms, landlord is a greedy, unresponsive and clearly only cares about money
    Advice to owner:
    start caring about people who give you so much of their money
