Nice apartment, garden facing. They at least take care of imminent emergencies
Cons:
No phone number to contact landlord only an email. Sometimes they don't respond to emails unless there is an emergency or unless you file a 311 report. carbon monoxide issue, water shut off a few times, gas shut off once, water leaked through ceiling, neighbor's pipe burst, bug issues. When landlord does respond to emails it's usually snarky.
Advice to owner:
provide emergency phone number, keep up with maintenance, put carbon monoxide detectors in building, check water heater regularly
