    Okay Apartment For Price
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Small bldg with only two residential apartments, both nice sized studios.
    Noise between the two apartments is not bad.
    No pest issues.
    Landlords moderately responsive.
    Lack of storage in apartments.
    Windows in bathrooms.
    Good sunlight throughout.
    Close to G train.
    Neighborhood is pretty safe.
    Cons:
    No renovations in I don’t know how long (though I used my own money to make some to my place).
    Heat is expensive in winter.
    Cooling the place with AC window units in summer also expensive.
    Street noise can be LOUD.
    The 1st floor is an office that seems to be empty however their mail still gets delivered to our entrance & there is always a stack of mail in the stairwell.
    No one cleans the common stairwell except me. EVER.
    Front door is not legal - it does not self close and I believe is a hollow core interior door.
    Advice to owner:
    Some basic updates to apartments.
    Someone to clean stairwell a couple times a month.
    New front door.
