    Overall good building but slow management

    Pros:
    -Nice, well-kept new building with great roof deck and gym - gym is small but has all the equipment you'd need
    -Great neighbors
    Cons:
    Management is super slow to respond - had some AC issues and issues when moving in

    Quiet apartment in a nice neighborhood
    Cons:
    I would not recommend you move into this building. The walls in my apartment seem to have starting molding, called management and they said nothing was wrong. It has gotten worse over the course of the year
