    The landlord Andrew Motsios is a slumlord

    Pros:
    Yard is the only pro
    Cons:
    Moldy unfinished basement, soft spots on ground level, rat problem in yard and landlord refuses to fix things and will steal your security deposit. Do not rent from this man.
