Pearl management is absolutely the worst - the management who’s office is on the second floor, refuses to wear masks - bathrooms are disgusting, constantly clogged, except for the ones they use on the second floor. - there are constant water problems - shady billing problem regarding electric (the bill was larger than any other electric bill we’ve had in pervious buildings, I had to reach out to the electric company and find out that the meter was off and I was paying for other people’s electric - Was told that the communal roof space and conference rooms were included in the rent when they were pitching the space, but once signed claimed that they “don’t recall the convo” and asked “is it in writing” with a smirk. - building manager Kayla Rosenberg is rude and has a disgusting attitude
