Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building, lovely and attentive staff, fabulous location. Management really cares about creating a positive environment for tenants.
Cons:
It's pre-war, so radiators get extremely hot in the winter. There's also often loud noise during the work day from the school next door (recess, outdoor choir rehearsal).
Advice to owner:
