“Market value” rent aka they charge what they like

Pros:
Neighbors are nice and family orientated with kids or dogs.
Cons:
They over charge rent here and it’ll only keep going up by hundreds every time you sign your lease. Landlords are awful and don’t respond unless they want money.
Advice to owner:
Stop raising the rents so high when It is already hard to survive in New York

Garbage disposal is on hall and easy
Clean building
Cons:
Bugs they have exterminator come twice a month but still bugs. Needed repairs to my unit took forever playing phone tag they won’t call you back
