Terribly menaged

Pros:
Free utilities, good location
Cons:
Incessant drilling, roaches, peeling paint, banging pipes, mold, water leaks, old dilapidated kitchens, no accessibility ramp, etc.
Advice to owner:
Fix your building if you want to have any owners/tenants and avoid fines

Two supers. Pretty responsive as long as you stay on top of them.
