    Great Apartment, Questionable People

    Pros:
    -Zéro pest issues
    -access to gym
    -decent size
    -great kitchen
    Cons:
    - Brownsville is rough
    -building is above an event space
    -neighbors leave dog poop in the courtyard
    - far from train
    -neighbors constantly start fights and yell
