The neighborhood is great and the size of the units is massive.
Cons:
On the first floor, none of the windows open and there is no way to cover the skylight. The apartment is full of mice and rats that live in the walls and heating. The air conditioning unit had about a 50% success rate. The management was unresponsive and hard to deal with.
