    Pros:
    -Rent stabilized
    -Backyard area, rooftop, and small gym
    -Huge living rooms with 10 ft ceilings
    -Everyone can control their own heat/acs
    -Super is very responsive and fixes things quickly
    Cons:
    -not enough laundry machines and they break very frequently
    -No windows in common areas
    -rooms can be pretty small
    -only one bathroom for units w/ four beds

    close proximity to subway, restaurants, and bars. Very clean. Great outdoor space (garden and rooftop)
