Cons:
None of the appliances worked upon move in. Washer/Dryer combo did not work and ended up damaging our clothing. Apartment was not cleaned upon the move in date. Windows were broken in virtually every room. Hot water in the entire unit takes a while to heat up. Less than 2 weeks into the lease, the electric stove and oven began to malfunction. There's no fire escape. This was newly renovated, so they clearly did not hire reputable professionals to do the installations. There's a giant hole in the ceiling from the rain and they have not repaired it in 2 months.
Update, there is now a leak in the bedroom. The entire ceiling is falling apart and they're very unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Stop trying to cut corners in an effort to make a profit. Hire professionals who know what they are doing and have years of experience. Inspect properties before renting them thoroughly.
