Don’t Rent Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Clean apartment with backyard , quiet area
Cons:
- management is non responsive when it comes to fixing things and when they send someone out to fix something they don’t know how/aren’t qualified to do the job
- your ceiling will get holes in it due to water damage repeatedly
- they will make excuses and screw you out of your deposit despite doing nothing wrong
- landlords do not care about tenant comfort, heat was broken multiple times and they did not care that we were freezing in the middle of winter. Literally we wore winter coats and winter equipment in our own apartment due to lack of heat
- your roommates will also be mice
