    Nice place to live

    Pros:
    - landlord is responsive and cares
    - nice community
    - enthusiastic super
    - huge units
    Cons:
    - crazy bugs in basement
    - one laundry unit that’s essentially in an infested closet
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in pest control please, and more laundry machines. Close the creepy sewer hole.

    a lot of closet space! but also, a lot of missing packages

    1 1/2-2 bathrooms in every apartment
    ample storage

    rampant package theft
