    Great area with an okay place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Friendly neighborhood
    - Great access to M/J/L and good access to G lines.
    - Large common area
    - Gated
    Cons:
    - Stolen packages from Amazon
    - Old and dusty all around
    - Potential for a great place
    - Roommate/property manager unfriendly and too strict. Beware.
    Advice to owner:
    There are lots of random quirks about this place that could be fixed but are not. Nothing about the apartment or building is amazing or A+. That being said, everything is usable and functional but not ideal.
