    We Don't Call it "The Ritz" for Nothing
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    -very responsive, friendly landlord
    -clean, modern layout
    -generally quiet block
    -close proximity to the best of Fort Greene and transportation options
    -laundry in unit
    -plenty of space for guests
    Cons:
    -rats have started to frequent the block and getting into trash
    -the building runs a bit hot
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you're doing - thank you for your commitment to high living standards!
