Apartment had paper thin walls

Pros:
General storage space on the lobby for all tenants.
Cons:
I lived on the third floor. I could hear the church bells that would go off on nostrand ave — very loud. My apartment also had wildly thin walls. Completely unacceptable.could hear my roommates and also downstairs neighbors.
