    Good general bushwick residence

    Pros:
    It’s a house, so no need to deal with the issues of an apartment complex, pretty central to a lot and different transportation
    Cons:
    The landlord is very friendly when looking into moving in and then can be very dismissive and polar opposite once you’re living here even after hardly reaching out for issues that pop up
