    Unresponsive Bad Management

    Pros:
    Natural light and spacious
    Cons:
    Unresponsive management, 30+ days since moving out and we have not received communication regarding security deposit, heat pipes are way too hot (have to run AC in the winter), roach problem

    - pretty quiet
    - great super in building
    - rent didn't increase too much after 1 year
    - good natural lighting in apartment
    Cons:
    - they did a lot of updates before we moved in but refused to paint the walls for free
    - initially had a cockroach issue, but management was good about sending pest control
    - have seen a couple mice
    - mailbox doesn't lock, management would not fix this issue
    - after my lease ended, it was impossible to get security deposit back. Absolutely no response from management.
    - hard in general to get in contact with management- no phone number or address.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive.
