    This building has to many flood & feces problem also rent is to high land lord

    Only the entrance & private entrance
    Cons:
    Water damage to many bushes a lot of raccoons tuning around & possums also a lot of bugs
    Advice to owner:
    Fix ya house pay close attention to the place
