    Great buliding then terrible neighbors moved in

    Pros:
    New building, close to subway and bus lines, private balcony, roof access, great bathroom with a deep bathtub
    Cons:
    Walkup building, on-site laundry was constantly out of order, had great neighbors until a very inconsiderate couple moved in - their dogs would defecate on the roof and brought roaches into the building
