    Pretty quiet
    Nice block
    Cons:
    Washers and dryers were a bit musty and had clothes left in them frequently; this was years ago though.

    Quiet and clean; responsive owner; all repairs taken care of quickly; pleasant neighbors
    Cons:
    Parking is sometimes difficult because there is a big lot across the street and you can’t park in front of it.
