Cons:
Building management is unresponsive, difficult to deal with and often ghosts. Have had at least 6 different supers already in a 5 month period. A wine bar just opened on the first floor that is UNGODLY LOUD. tried to talk to management about it and they haven’t been any help. Took over a month for them to even acknowledge my noise complaint. I haven’t even been able to sleep in the building over the weekends because of the noise from the wine bar. Management also failed to install fire detectors for 3 months and left open wiring sticking out of our wall for months despite our maintenance requests.
Advice to owner:
Stop being money hungry pigs and get a real super for the building who knows how to do basic tasks.

Small building, very few neighbours, relatively clean, almost no roach (only saw once in 1.5 years)
Cons:
no elevator, strange heating system
Advice to owner:
bathrooms and kitchens are outdated and needs remodeling
