    Pros:
    Convenient location, the A & C train is around the corner.
    Cons:
    The previous owner of this building was absolutely horrible! Did not clean or upkeep the building! Had pest problems and took him almost 2 weeks to fix the issue.
    Advice to owner:
    I hope the new owners do better with upkeep
