Pros:
The apartment itself was newly renovated and very big
Cons:
The building was almost always dirty and elevators smell bad

Pros:
There are lots of multi generation families in the building, so very kind old people and kids often in the elevators. Lovely community vibe and TONS of space in the apartments
Cons:
Generally not taken care of- there are often weird smells in the halls or elevators. Packages get stolen often. Elevators break down regularly.
Advice to owner:
Fully upgrade the elevators!! It’s a safety hazard to have 22 floors full of old people and not be able to get to them.
