    great location, not great management

    location, living room
    Cons:
    heating issues, appliances often break
    Advice to owner:
    be more responsive to your tenants, the rent raise is not worth the apartment

    far from "perfect" management

    convieninet location to subway
    Cons:
    Perfect Management harrassed us to leave the apt ONE month prior to the lease end so that they could "renovate" as theyhiked up the price by 2000$ per month. They were rude & insensitive on multiple occassions

    DO BETTER PLEASE
