Landlord didn’t send the deposit.Lied about basement not flooding. No maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros. Landlord is liar and have integrity.
Cons:
1. Stayed there for one year and a month before lease renewal. Landlord called to renew the lease. Verbal confirmation that I will be not renewing the lease and don’t renew it. 2 months after the lease was over. 15 days after I moved got a letter of denying deposit. Will be posting pictures of communication 2. No cleaning before getting the appartment and the landlord requested to repaint the whole apt after only one month of stay. Paint job before getting the apt wasnt done. Window sill paint chip but got everything fixed and threatening to give deposit back. Got everything fixed and got landlords confirmation after sending videos and pictures . Will post pics here as well 3. Texted super for things that never showed up 4, basement gets flooded everytime it rains. So property damage before leaving and the landlord didn’t get it fixed. When water clogs the washing machine and dryer won’t work. They will stop water for days 5. Packages getting stolen almost every single time 6. No maintenance. Super never fixes anything.
Make sure to take pictures of everything thing before signing the lease. Landlord will lie and not give your deposit
Advice to owner:
Have some integration and stop preying on minority

It was good enough at the time
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building. Dishwasher. Great lighting. LOTS of parking near by. Responsive landlord. Can't hear your neighbors.
Cons:
The trash was always such a mess. The cans were right in front of the building, too. The apartments are small. My kitchen was super small- only big enough for one person. Clinton hill is nice, but this building is located at the end of the street in a less than picturesque area. The 278 overpass is right next to the building so traffic can be heard. The closest subway is 4 blocks away and it only has the G line. Oh and it frequently smelled like weed in the hall way.
Advice to owner:
Better trash management. Put a new coat of paint on the place.
