    Attentive Brooklyn Landlord

    Pros:
    Responsive landlord and lovely super, problems were fixed quickly even when they came up on holidays.
    Never had any pest problems, despite living in a basement apartment.
    Cons:
    Would have stayed with the rental company when I moved if they were a little more affordable - I had taken over a lease and prices for smaller units were pretty high when I was looking but that's just a NYC problem.
    Advice to owner:
    I've never had such a decent landlord, let alone in NY. Keep it up!

    Great rooftop and yard - excellent super/property manager
    Cons:
    Only one washer and dryer for 3 buildings basically
    Advice to owner:
    Add more laundry machines and latch entry
