Online Rent payment system Garbage cleaned often 2 bathrooms
Cons:
Almost Everything Horrible Neighbours Constant loud noises at night by bikes and cars parked outside while partying Loud music almost every night till 3am when weather is warm. Poor heating and insulation Heat not included Poor ventilation ( No window in living/kitchen, no window in either bathroom and no window in half window) No washer/drier in building Not safe to park bicycle outside house People peed at the front door of the house Neighbours stole amazon package whenever left outside and would ask money to give it to you as a service fee for holding it Poor service from Management company Management Company is ripping people off. They charged us 3 months rent in advance since we didn’t have a guarantor and a month’s rent as security. While we gave them 3 months notice before leaving, they still didn’t give us our rent back.
Had it not for Covid, I and my roommates were hoping to sue this management company for cheating and illegal collection and withholding of rent/fees. Stay away from this property at-least as long as its managed by North Brooklyn Management Company or represented by Evergreen rental company. Also, there were Rats!
Advice to owner:
Manage your neighbours, People peeing infront of the building! The house front door always smelled of urine. Stop cheating people, Do a better job.
