Building mgr combative & rude

Pros:
The actual space is nicely laid out with big windows in the rooms.
Cons:
ROACHES. They were here since we moved in (and we figured out they are in the building walls). The building manager, Gila, is extremely combative and rude when asked to do even the simplest of maintenance tasks.
Advice to owner:
Hire someone to manage the property that will actually do the job… of managing the property. Inspect and spray for roaches annually.
