    Pros:
    Good commute to the L train at Canarsie
    Good restaurants/banks around
    Cons:
    Rats infestation that landlord never fixed
    Roaches
    Mold in one room
    Top of stove and cabinets once came off and injured my mother
    Had to remove the deck because it was in violation with building codes
    Unresponsive landlord
    Landlord increases rent randomly
    Advice to owner:
    listen to your tenants, and try to actively fix things
