    Respectful neighbors
    Additional storage downstairs

    Cons:
    Can get noisy during the day (on top of a Montessori)
    Can be noisy at night (people loitering around the building)

    Quietness of the neighbors, great location.
    Cons:
    Close to noisy street area but usually not an issue. Low water pressure in the shower
