Terribly maintained building, irresponsible management company

This entire building is a health hazard waiting to collapse on itself. For over 2 months, we had a gas leak in the apartment. There was a crack in the valve connecting the stove to the gas line. The super came by several times and said there was no smell, and we had several professionals coming in who failed to identify the problem. We were continuously gaslight (no pun intended) by the super and the management, insisting there was not a problem. Once we finally did identify and confirm a gas leak, we got half of one months rent off. They are lucky we didn't take them to court. The only reason the apartment didn't literally explode is because it was still warm out so we were able to leave the windows open at all times.

Fine. Not the best, not the worst

Pros:
apartment has good windows and closets
Cons:
Supper was not the most responsive. Often did not take our complaints or issues seriously but would eventually do something about it. There was a mice problem at one point but it has been dealt with.
