Move-in for last resort
Pros
-Only 3 units in the building -Rooms are furnished with a bed and other things -Spacious kitchen and living room area -Close to 2/5 train -Neighborhood is under development
Cons
-Landlord acts like she doesn’t want to do landlord things when you submit a request -Landlord is a bit invasive -All units are outdated -May not get your security deposit back
Advice to the owners
You get more bees with honey than vinegar

Not the best location Landlord is weird, invasive, and may try to unfairly keep the housing deposit. Check for excessive surveillance.
