    Pros:
    -Only 3 units in the building
    -Rooms are furnished with a bed and other things
    -Spacious kitchen and living room area
    -Close to 2/5 train
    -Neighborhood is under development
    Cons:
    -Landlord acts like she doesn’t want to do landlord things when you submit a request
    -Landlord is a bit invasive
    -All units are outdated
    -May not get your security deposit back
    Advice to owner:
    You get more bees with honey than vinegar
