    Nice building, but unresponsive when there are issues

    Pros:
    Elevator building, lobby is cleaned every week, every apartment has a balcony or patio
    Cons:
    Every issue we had barely got fixed. We moved in with multiple things broken, nothing got fixed although there were many times where we were asked to select a time- no one ever showed up for repairs that they promised
