    One of the best buildings in Williamsburg
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Apartment are recently built, high quality, and spacious. Landlord is extremely responsive and is always around maintaining his buildings, and taking care of things around the space. Some units come with AC. Washer & dryer in basement
    Cons:
    Not a cheap place, nor expensive for the area. Neighborhood isnt the best a few blocks away. If you need to purchase an AC, it is through the wall, so more expensive than a standard window unit. Some neighbors are loud at night and play music.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the one dryer that needs to have multiple cycles to completely dry!
