    well kept by the super
    Cons:
    Heating system poor in specific units
    Advice to owner:
    care about people over profit

    No headaches or noise complaints
    Cons:
    Front door of building constantly broken. Not flexible with payments during quarantine! Very rude and not helpful landlord.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the front lock with a new lock instead of adding more steel plates
