Love this building, highly recommended

Pros:
Very quiet due to solid construction, speedy repairs, great location near train, backyard access for all tenants, heating works well, washer dryer in all units
Cons:
Seasonal mice problem that’s continued for years. Super and office staff high turnover. Sometimes hard to get an answer from building for operational needs. Overall, nothing major. We love the building.
