Lived in the building 3 years, the space is great for the price and neighborhood, super Luis is amazing and everything is fairly well maintained. Central air and heated floors, fios in the building, and decent neighbors (management likes to meet all tenants in person before lease signing, not sure if that’s still happening with covid)
Cons:
Finishes in kitchen are dated, sound travels pretty easily between apartments. No laundry in unit or building. Every time we wanted to renew our lease, I had to email multiple reminders to management. I would have rented another unit with them after I moved out of this one, but they were unresponsive about any other availability they had
Advice to owner:
I know they’re constantly building new buildings, but management should be more responsive to tenants (or hire an additional person in the office!)
