    Good Location, Bad Roaches
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The natural light, location, and layout
    Cons:
    Been there a year and the roach problem never got any better despite monthly pest control spraying.
    Advice to owner:
    Please get the roaches under control/eradicated.
