Love for the Oro
Pros
I loved the location and staff. Problems were fixed promptly and management was very communicative when it came to building matters.
Cons
Application process felt excruciatingly long and tedious because the building has a board of directors who has to approve whether or not you’re fit to live at the Oro. Although the building does have a basketball court and pool, I feel like the gym itself feels a little depressing and small.

Amazing Building, Best Staff
Pros
Building went through a complete common space renovation with minimal interruptions or hold ups, really impressive on all fronts. The place stays immaculately cleaned and cared for at all times. Their ability to stay on top of the recycling is impressive, it’s as if they change it out every half hour.
Cons
Not a whole lot in terms of community within the building, as a lot of the neighbors seem to stay to themselves and can be a bit stand-offish
Advice to the owners
You have the best management in NYC, which makes a great building in a difficult block worth it.
