Roach and rat central

Pros:
Never hear anything from neighboring apartments except in the hallway
Cons:
Hallway is kinda gross. And finding roaches these days. On top of the never ending streak of roaches, I’ve lately been getting rats. This is despite the fact I keep my home immaculate. And now they want to raise the rent everywhere. How about fix the pest problem first and have a sanitary place for your tenants. Not a unit that smells like rat piss.
