This building is condos, so my review can only represent the unit I was in - 3C - and the owner was a terrible landlord. The roof had very nice views, despite limited hours
Cons:
There were almost always cars parked behind the building blasting music through the late hours of the night. The south side of the building gets incredibly hot in the summer so you have to close all window shades

Pros:
Great location, big windows, big space for a one bedroom, decent amenities
Cons:
The bar next door can get extremely loud during the summer. I’m talking parties until 7 am loud. Have had to use ear plugs.
Management is very unresponsive and doesn’t regularly communicate about work in the building. One time we weren’t given a heads up that they changed the locks to the building and another time no one told us they would have people suspended standing outside our bedroom windows all day.
