Pros:
Private balconies are spacious and cozy - feels like an extra room. Public spaces kept clean and neighbor noise minimal.
Cons:
Some security concerns with an elevator opening directly into the apartment. Proximity to the LIRR and Atlantic Ave can sometimes be noisy, especially in rear.
