Decent location, functional building, poor management

Pros

- Very close to Dumbo and the F train - Apartments with newer finishes

Cons

- Nickel and dime tenants, from fees to making you buy an expensive AC unit. - Across the street from a pita factory, brings noise + smell

Advice to the owners

Invest in the roof deck. Great views but not well finished.

Safety issues. We got broken into and management did nothing. Also, very hot year round inside.
